In the coastal area southwest of Portugal on the Atlantic Ocean, Briosa Gourmet produces delicious canned fish. The variations are endless, such as spicy sardines, mackerel fillets, slices of bacalao in olive oil, tuna with bay leaf and onion or sardines with basil and lemon. You can serve these with an aperitif, but they are also tasty on bread and in a salad.
