Belazu Rose Harissa Middle Eastern Spice Paste
Used a lot by Jamie Oliver and Yotam Ottolenghi in their books and kitchens. This spicy, herbal paste made with chilli's, tomato's, coriander (cilantro), cumin and rose pettals finds it's origin in Tunisiä. It combines the spice of the chilli with the floral aroma's from the rose pettals. It is a must in the middle eastern and nortern african cuisine. Used in soups, dipping sauces, couscous and marinades.
Ingredients: Rehydrated Paprika and Red Chilli Peppers, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Salt, Mixed Spices, Rose Petals. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
Shelf life: After opening keep cool, max 4 weeks
