What is MIP Rosé?
The MIP Rosé is an award-winning rosé from Provence France. The place in the world where so far the best rosé in the world is made. MIP therefore stands for Made in Provence, showing the winemakers that they are proud of it.
The MIP vintage 2022 is a beautiful light rosé with a fresh flavor profile. Red fruit and Citrus and rose petals lead the overtones.
Serve the MIP Rosé as an aperitif, with a delicious meal salad, light grilled meats from the BBQ at home or nice on board.
The winery of Guillaume & Virgine Phillip has been making the award-winning MIP Rosé since 2007. Several major awards including 8x the Prix de excellence au Concours Général Agricole they can add to their trophy cabinet.
The soil where the grapes Cinsault (60%) Syrah (20%) Grenache (20%) grow is a stony soil. Due to the climate of the region, there is little to no disease in the grapes and spraying is hardly necessary. This allows Guillaume and Virgine to grow their grapes naturally. This certainly benefits their wines.
