This raw Macadamia Nut is full of vitamins B and Omega 7. Order the nut in a packages of 100, 500 or 1000 grams. The Macadamia nut is a hard to crack nut. This is one of the reasons why the nut is a lot more expensive than many other nuts.

Set the oven to 120 degrees and roast the nuts for 5 minutes, then stir them a little and roast the macadamias again for about 5 minutes until they are nice golden brown in color. Let them cool for an hour before you eat them.
