The seasonal dry sausage from Brandt & Levie. Pig and Wine, this dry sausage with wild boar, red wine, and hazelnut fits perfectly on a winter snack board.
This dry sausage is the result of a collaboration between the Amsterdam-based company Grapedistrict and Brandt & Levie. Gijs Groeneveldt of Grapedistrict found that Pedro's Bojador Tinto Alentejo paired well with and in the dry sausage of Wild Boar.
Ingredients: pork (67%), wild boar meat (25%), hazelnuts (4%) (NUTS), sea salt, pork collagen, red wine (<1%), dextrose*, garlic*, black pepper, starter cultures, mace*, cinnamon, preservative (E250).
