Lafage's Rivesaltes Ambré is a beautiful amber-coloured dessert wine. Due to its long ageing, the wine is extremely complex in taste with notes of ripened apricots, flowers but also coffee and caramel in the nose. This complexity makes the wine very compatible with firm blue cheese, alongside an espresso or patisserie.
