Pastrami is traditionally a Jewish-Hungarian delicacy made from beef. Through the process of brining, seasoning and smoking, you get a very tender piece of meat that is packed with flavor. At Game of Game, they applied this process to a piece of goose breast fillet. The result is a tender piece of wild goose pastrami, deliciously seasoned and wood-smoked. Delicious on bread, through a salad or loose with drinks.
