Spijkerman is a well known butcher in the small village of Akkrum (between Heerenveen and Leeuwarden). Daan and Henk, the two brothers now in charge of this butchery are the third generation. So you don't have to doubt about their experience. 

Spijkerman is well known for their cured meats and sausages. Most famous of them are the Frisian dried sausage and the cured ham. Or as we like to call it: the true dutch Parmaham.
